Sports Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

1.1 The outcome of an event is determined when the result is official. If the outcome is not determined earlier in the game, the company will settle the bet based on the result when the official playing time of the match has ended, unless otherwise stated in the event description on the website.

Example: The winner of a football (soccer) 1x2 match will be decided after 90 minutes, including any additional "normal" minutes added by the referee. If the event goes into extra time (when regular time doesn't determine the winner), any bets clearly stating "includes extra time" will be settled after extra time ends. Any penalty shootouts (or other resolutions) that may follow will not be considered unless clearly stated in the bet.

Events that do not start on time for any reason or are postponed may remain open, and all bets will remain valid if the event starts within 48 hours of the official start time. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to void all bets on postponed events and refund the stakes.

If an event is suspended after its official start time and continues within 48 hours, the company reserves the right to keep all bets valid and settle the result accordingly.

Events that are voided after their official start time and not continued within 48 hours will result in the company settling any defined bets that were completed on the field, and voiding the remaining ones by refunding the stakes. In such cases, the company reserves the right to void all bets on canceled events and refund the stakes.

Exceptions to the general rule include:

  • Tennis: Tennis matches remain open, and all bets will be valid until the winner is officially declared by the organizers or officials. The 48-hour rule does not apply in this case. However, if a player withdraws, all defined bets will be settled accordingly, and the rest will be voided. If a tennis player withdraws before completing the final point, the match winner bet will be voided, but any bets on specific sets or games will be settled as appropriate.
  • Baseball: In games where two teams play two consecutive games, they are considered as Game 1 and Game 2, and results will be settled in chronological order, with all bets valid. If Team A plays Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will be settled for Game 1 bets, and the result of Game 2 will be settled for Game 2 bets. The 48-hour rule applies.

Example: If a football match is abandoned at halftime, the first half bets will be settled as normal. The second half bets will be voided, and stakes will be refunded.

1.2 The company reserves the right to refuse any bet, either in full or in part, without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the customer's stake will be refunded.

1.3 Before an event starts, the company reserves the right to void or cancel part of a bet or the entire bet, even after acceptance, without providing any reason. After the event starts, the company reserves the right to void or cancel part of a bet or the entire bet, even after acceptance, if there is a justified reason, such as an error in the wording (obvious mistake) related to the event, odds, or start time.

  • The customer attempts to bypass the company's restrictions (possible winnings) and risk management by placing multiple similar or identical bets or by opening multiple accounts.
  • The customer benefits from any public announcement or insider information that affects the outcome of the bet.
  • The customer links related bets together.
  • The customer actively participates in the event, such as being a player, referee, manager, or having direct or indirect relationships with the participants in the event.
  • The company suffers a technical error that provides incorrect odds or events.
  • Any other valid reason that has been properly communicated to the customer upon request.

1.4 The maximum bet requires approval.

1.5 Our company reserves the right to cancel all bets on an event if there are changes related to the event's venue.

1.6 Our company reserves the right to cancel all bets if there are radical changes in the event's conditions, such as changes in the length of the game, the distance in a race, or the number of rounds/sets.

1.7 If our company suspects that a sports betting event is fraudulent or likely to have a fixed outcome, i.e., the result is known in advance to certain individuals, the company reserves the right to:

  • Keep the betting slips open without a final result.
  • Notify the relevant regulatory bodies and authorities (ESSA, Sportradar, federations), depending on which body or authority oversees the company and with which cooperation is established.
  • Wait until the decision and feedback from the relevant bodies or authorities have been received.
  • Settle or void the bet based on the decision of the relevant bodies or authorities.

1.8 If the betting system is technically interrupted for any reason during the betting process: The company may conduct standard checks, such as verifying funds availability, accuracy of winnings, etc., and reserves the right to accept or reject a bet accordingly. In such cases, the customer must log in immediately once the system is available and check the status of the bet in the betting history.

All decisions made using the VAR system (Video Assistant Referee) that conflict with the original decisions made by the on-field officials (including decisions such as allowing the game to continue before a video review), which alter the understood state of the match during the betting process, will result in all bets placed between the actual event occurrence and the referee's final decision being considered void, unless the use of VAR affects the odds offered on a particular bet or if they have already been accounted for in the odds offered during the bet. Any other bet resolutions that are unrelated to this, including those based on the uncertainty between the timing of the original event and the decision made after the VAR review, which do not affect or change the decision, will be handled according to normal procedures.

In situations where the result is affected, VAR reviews are considered to have occurred during the original event to which the system was ultimately used or would be used, even if the game was not immediately suspended. The company reserves the right to annul any previously settled offers if the decision is found to be incorrect after the referee's final ruling, provided that the decision is made and communicated before the end of the match and/or the stated closing time.

Explanation of Different Types of Betting

Goal Scorer

If the match is abandoned but there has been at least one goal scorer, bets on the first goal scorer will stand, while bets on the last goal scorer will be voided. The goal scorer bet for the player who scored will be settled as a winner, and all other player bets will be voided.

Head 2 Head Bets

Forecast the participant with the highest ranking, better results, or more points. For these bets to stand, both participants must actively take part in the event. If both participants achieve exactly the same result and thus finish in a tie, all bets will be voided.

Outright Bets

Forecast which participant (3 or more) will achieve the highest position, better results, or more points. For these bets to stand, all participants must actively take part in the event.

If one or more participants do not take part in the event, the odds for the remaining participants will be recalculated and resolved with a deduction applied based on the missing participants' probabilities, using the same margin for all remaining participants.

If two or more participants achieve exactly the same result, resulting in a tie, the applicable odds will be the original odds divided by the number of participants tied (e.g., if the original odds are 2.70 and three participants are tied, the final odds will be 2.70 / 3 = 0.90), unless the official governing body declares a single winner based on additional statistical criteria (e.g., assists).

Card Betting

A yellow card counts as one card, and a red card counts as two cards. If a player receives a yellow card followed by a second yellow card, leading to a red card, this will be counted as a total of three cards. As a result, a player cannot receive more than three cards during the match.

The decision is based on all available card data during the normal playing time of the event. Cards shown after the final whistle are not taken into account. Cards for non-playing participants (such as players who have been substituted, coaches, or bench players not involved in the game) are not considered.

Card-related points

A yellow card is worth 10 points, and a red card or a second yellow leading to a red card is worth 25 points. The second yellow card, which leads to a red card, is not counted separately. As a result, a player cannot earn more than 35 points for cards.

The decision is based on all available card data during the normal playing time of the event. Cards shown after the final whistle are not taken into account. Cards for non-playing participants (such as players who have been substituted, coaches, or bench players not involved in the game) are not considered.

Corners

A corner is counted towards the relevant market only if it is executed. Corners won by teams that are not taken (i.e., not executed) are not included in the final result of the market.

Time Intervals

The first time interval starts at 00:01 and continues until the final minute as specified. For clarification, the 1-15 minute interval is defined as the period from 00:01 to 15:00.

The last interval is considered to start from the specified minute until the end of the period as determined by the referee. For clarification, the 30-45 minute interval is defined as starting from 30:01 and ending at the end of the first half. The 75-90 minute interval is defined as starting at 75:01 and ending at the conclusion of full time.
